Product License
All of our products are released under the GPL V3 license.
Product Delivery
- Free products: Available for direct download after login.
- Paid products: Downloadable upon purchase and after payment verification.
- Payment methods: PayPal, Stripe, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and all major credit cards.
- You must agree to payment providers’ terms before purchasing.
- Purchase information will be sent to your email within 10 minutes.
- You must sign up on our website to download any free or paid product.
- There could be delays in processing your payment because of the fraud detection system or other technical issues. We constantly monitor the transactions and reply to payment-related emails within 24 hours. Feel free to reach us using the contact form or live chat.
Compatibility
- Our products work with the latest WordPress and stable PHP, MySQL, and MariaDB versions.
- All modern web browsers are supported.
- Please use the latest browser version for optimal experience with Crew HRM.
Updates
- Free product updates: Available for a lifetime.
- Paid product updates: Available with an active support agreement.
- Yearly license holders: Updates and support end 365 days from purchase unless renewed.
- Post-agreement: Products work if PHP, WordPress, or related technologies remain unchanged.
- Liability: We’re not responsible for security or compatibility issues after the support agreement expires.
Modifications
- Customization: You’re allowed to modify the plugin and develop custom features.
- Support: Customizing the plugin voids the support agreement; we won’t support the modified version.
Unauthorized Sales
The support agreement is exclusive to the direct customer. Only the email linked to the order can use the plugin and access support. If you resell the plugin or install it for clients, they won’t receive support or updates from us.
Lifetime License
“Lifetime” means the product’s lifespan, not the buyer’s or any other interpretation. The product’s lifetime isn’t specified at purchase. Crew HRM can declare a product’s end of life, giving a 90-day notice to the registered email.
