The dashboard is the default page that you will land on. It gives a bird’s eye view of the current recruitment situation. You will see more information here as the plugin grows with more human resource management features.
For now, we have included statistics about the number of job posts, total applications, offer made and pending applications on the assessment quoue.
On the right side, there is a list of active and drafter job posts. You can go inside the job posts directly to review the applicants or make edits to the active job post.
Each job post shows some data about the total number of candidates waiting in the screening, assessment, interview, and offer stage.
Clicking on the job title takes you to the job post that the candidates see while applying.
The Details button will take you to the review screen to assess the applications, move to different stages of hiring, or reject the applications.
If you are using the Pro version, the applicants will receive automated messages that they have moved to a different stage or got rejected.
